The next 180 minutes will be crucial for Partizani
Partizani came back from Cerrik with the full three points even though the win wasn't so easy against the relegation threatened Turbina. During the first nine matches of the second phase, Partizani has won seven and tied two, against Bylis at home and Kamza away. This good form had put the team on the right track to achieving its goal, promotion to Superliga.
In the last two weeks, even though the team got the full points, they haven't been very convincing with their performances. But, they've been against teams in the low standings, so a pretty match wasn't really the expectation.
The season now is at a critical point as the next 180 minutes will be crucial. With only four games to go to the end of the season, Partizani is fourth in the standings, four points behind second place Elbasani and just two points behind Lushnja who are third. But Kamza is also a threat, coming fifth, with just one less point.
The minimum for Partizani is to keep at least the fourth place, which means play-offs for the Superliga, but Partizani boss Paro Laci is convinced that his team can move up to second and secure the automatic promotion spot.
The next two matches will be a real test for Partizani because they will first go against Elbasani at home and the travel to Lushnja a week later. If they will be successful in these two matches, then the promotion will be almost guaranteed.
Against Elbasani the team will be complete. Ardit Beqiri and Artan Karapici who were disqualified for the Turbina match, will be available again. So Partizani have their fate in their own hands.
